Lean – Blockchain Quality management principles

Description

Together with Machiel Tesser, I developed the Lean Blockchain Principles (LBP) quartet of cards. Through the card game, players discover eight core principles that contribute to quality, such as leadership, process approach and decision-making.

The goal is to collect sets (quartets) of cards and thus gain insight into how these principles contribute to more efficient and sustainable organizations. Participants learn about collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and innovation while playing and networking strategically. Ideal for professionals and students who want to better understand blockchain and lean management.
